Project Description
Urban cycling should be quick, convenient, and stress-free, yet many ride-sharing apps make simple tasks feel harder than they need to be. Zyro was designed to remove that friction through thoughtful UX. It helps riders find, unlock, ride, and park cycles with confidence using a clean, intuitive mobile experience.
Problem
Turning a functional ride-sharing flow into an experience that felt effortless required balancing speed, clarity, and confidence. Every interaction had to reduce hesitation without removing essential information, while keeping the interface clean enough for riders to make quick decisions in real-world situations.

Solution
Instead of adding more screens, every interaction earned its place. The experience was shaped to help riders move naturally from one step to the next to make essential actions feel immediate while reducing uncertainty throughout the journey. The result is a ride flow that feels lighter, faster, and easier to trust.

Workflow Scenario
Our process followed the natural rhythm of the rider's journey. We started with user research and journey mapping to uncover real commuting behaviors and pain points. Those insights guided the wireframes, interaction design, and visual system. With every iteration, the experience became clearer, faster, and more intuitive from the first tap to the final parking step.
The Result
What emerged was more than a polished interface. Zyro became a riding experience that feels calm, predictable, and rewarding from beginning to end. Clear navigation, thoughtful interactions, and a cohesive visual language work together to reduce friction. It helps every ride feel quicker, more confident, and genuinely enjoyable without adding unnecessary complexity.
