I used to dread commuting to the office, but Design Monks changed everything. Working remotely in such a friendly environment is like a dream. Here, one fact just amazed me, intern or the CEO, everyone is treated with the same respect and warmth. In the 7 years of my career, this one is the first place where I never have to hesitate for anything.

Design Monks is genuinely supportive from our two founders to every teammate. I can work from anywhere, and if something urgent comes up during office hours, I can even take a quick break. We’re fully remote, but our meetups erase the distance. My teammates are the coolest friends, and the founders are the chillest buddies.

The team's energy, the way things are managed, is so smooth, fun, and actually engaging. The founders don't act like bosses; they lead like teammates. On a personal note, I'm from a rainy hometown, and I never liked going to the office all wet. Now, I sip hot tea, watch the rain slide down the window, and feel more focused than ever.
