Rydara is a ride-booking mobile app designed to improve speed, clarity, and overall usability. The project focused on simplifying the booking process, organizing ride options, and enhancing real-time tracking. The goal was to reduce user friction and create a smooth, intuitive experience for everyday commuters relying on quick and convenient transportation.
Problem
Designing Rydara required solving critical usability gaps that affected the overall ride-booking experience. The main challenge was simplifying complex flows while maintaining clarity in choices and real-time feedback. Balancing speed, usability, and accurate system responses was essential to create a smooth, reliable, and user-friendly product.
