Dwelio is a modern real estate mobile app created to simplify how people discover and evaluate properties for buying or renting. The project focused on improving clarity, trust, and usability in property search. It presents verified listings, transparent pricing, and structured property details through a clean, intuitive interface that helps users explore properties faster and more easily.
Problem
Designing a real estate platform like Dwelio required solving several UX challenges. Existing platforms often overwhelm users with cluttered listings and unclear property details. The main challenge was creating a simple but trustworthy experience that helps users quickly understand listings, compare options easily, and confidently decide between renting or buying.

Workflow Scenario
The workflow was designed to guide users smoothly from discovery to decision. Users start by searching or browsing property categories, then refine results using filters. Detailed property pages provide pricing, images, and key information. From there, users can save listings, compare options, or directly contact agents to move forward confidently.
The Result
The design created a clear and efficient property discovery experience for users. Simplified navigation, structured property details, and advanced filters helped users find relevant listings faster. The improved inquiry flow encouraged more users to contact agents, increasing engagement with listings, boosting lead conversions, and supporting quicker property transactions on the platform.
