Carnesia is a beauty e-commerce app that offers skincare, haircare, makeup, and wellness products. The project focused on improving the website’s user experience, fixing navigation issues, and streamlining checkout. The goal was to create a smooth & user-friendly platform that matches the app’s efficient shopping experience.

Carnesia’s website had major usability issues that used to make shopping difficult. Users struggled with navigation, product discovery, and a complicated checkout process. Data showed most beauty shoppers preferred mobile apps, but the website didn’t match the app’s smooth experience. Improving these areas was essential for better user engagement and satisfaction.
