Project Description
AirAxis was designed to identify challenges airline teams face when managing flight schedules, crew assignments, and real-time tracking across multiple systems. Disconnected data and complex interfaces slowed decision-making. The project focused on creating a centralized dashboard that delivers clear, real-time operational insights for improved monitoring, coordination, and faster responses.

Problem
Designing AirAxis required solving complex operational and usability issues within airline systems. We faced challenges in organizing scattered data, reducing interface complexity, and ensuring real-time clarity. Balancing dense information with a clean layout while maintaining speed, accuracy, and usability across different user roles was a key design hurdle.
- Problem 1
Organizing fragmented flight data from multiple systems into one unified structure.
- Problem 2
Reducing visual clutter while keeping critical operational information highly visible.
- Problem 3
Designing real-time updates without overwhelming users or slowing system performance.

Solution
We transformed complex airline operations into a clear, centralized dashboard focused on usability and speed. By simplifying the interface and structuring data logically, we enabled real-time visibility and faster decision-making. Our approach combined user-focused UX thinking with clean UI design to improve clarity, reduce effort, and support efficient daily operations.
- Solution 1
Built a centralized dashboard to unify flight, crew, and operational data.
- Solution 2
Designed a clean UI layout highlighting critical information for faster actions.
- Solution 3
Integrated real-time data updates to support quick, informed operational decisions.

Design Process
We follow a structured UI/UX design process focused on research, strategy, and seamless execution to create digital products that engage users and drive business results.

& UI Design

Workflow Scenario
The workflow starts with monitoring the dashboard for live flight updates and operational status. Users quickly identify delays, assign crew, and update schedules from a single interface. Real-time data guides each action, while clear visual indicators help teams respond faster, coordinate tasks efficiently, and maintain smooth day-to-day airline operations.

The Result
The final result is a streamlined flight management dashboard that improves operational clarity and speed. Teams can monitor flights, manage crew, and track performance from one interface. The solution reduced manual errors and supported faster decisions. User testing showed strong usability, while the structured UI helped teams handle complex operations with greater confidence and efficiency.
