Project Description

Trackory was created to solve visibility gaps in shipment tracking and delivery coordination. Research with 28 logistics professionals revealed confusion, delayed decisions, and scattered tools. The project focused on building a centralized dashboard that combines real-time tracking, workflow management, and actionable insights to improve operational clarity for modern delivery teams.

Problem

Designing Trackory required translating complex logistics operations into a clear digital experience. We faced challenges balancing dense real-time data with usability, aligning workflows across fragmented systems, and ensuring fast decision visibility. The goal was to reduce cognitive load while keeping advanced operational control accessible to busy delivery teams.

We solved the complexity by designing a centralized dashboard that merges tracking, delivery workflows, and analytics into a single interface. Our focus was clarity, hierarchy, and speed. Workflow Scenario

The workflow scenario maps how logistics teams track shipments, assign drivers, monitor live status, and respond to alerts inside one continuous flow. We designed a step-by-step interaction model that reduces switching between tools. It also keeps critical data visible, and supports fast decisions during high-pressure delivery operations without breaking user focus.

The Result

The final product delivers a clear & centralized logistics experience that improves visibility, reduces confusion, and speeds up decision-making. Teams can track shipments in real time, manage deliveries from one dashboard, and spot insights instantly. The interface reduces cognitive load, accelerates workflows, and provides a scalable foundation for modern shipment and delivery operations.
