Project Description
Plenty Pay is a powerful finance app that lets users save, send, and invest money effortlessly worldwide. We crafted a seamless experience combining customizable saving rules, global transfers with low fees, and smart investment options. The goal was to empower users to manage their money confidently in one intuitive platform.

Managing personal finances often feels complex, fragmented, and frustrating for users. Plenty Pay needed a design that simplifies everything, ensuring clarity, ease, and trust while handling money. There were many areas that required a complete rethink to offer users a sense of control and confidence in their financial decisions.

Saving options felt generic and lacked smart, automated saving features that users actually needed.

Global money transfers were hard to navigate with poor UI and confusing fee breakdowns.

Investment sections didn’t guide users clearly or build trust for first-time investors.

We focused on building an interface that feels simple, empowering, and secure to transform Plenty Pay into a user-first finance app. Besides, we redefined navigation flows, introduced user-centric features, and ensured a consistent design language for a cohesive and confident money management experience.

Designed customizable saving rules with manual, round-up, and AI-powered smart saving options.

Created a clear transfer flow showcasing real-time fees and conversion for confident global transactions.

Built an intuitive investment dashboard that guides, educates, and encourages effortless micro-investing.

Design Process
Here’s an overview of a medium-sized, 14 week website project.

Research
In the first week, we identify user pain points, analyze business needs, and assess challenges. These approaches are essential to set the stage for a more effective and improved user experience.

Ideation & Strategy
We gather insights through interviews, competitor research, and journey mapping, then brainstorm and create wireframes while defining project challenges and user satisfaction benchmarks to guide the design process.

Style Guide & UI Planning
We define the brand's visual identity with a style guide covering typography and color palette. At the same time, we plan for initial UI designs to ensure a consistent, modern, and user-friendly experience.

Final Testing & Refinements
In the final phase, we validate the design through user testing, A/B tests, and feedback. These strategies help us refine the prototype to optimize usability and ensure a smooth & engaging user experience.

Workflow Scenario
Our focus while working on Plenty Pay was mostly on creating a clear and collaborative process. We kicked off with user interviews and market research, then built wireframes and interactive prototypes. Each stage included team critiques and client feedback loops. This agile and feedback-driven workflow ensured the final UI aligned smoothly with user goals and business objectives.

The Result
The final Plenty Pay app delivers a clean & intuitive experience that simplifies saving, sending, and investing. Users can set smart saving rules, transfer money globally with ease, and explore investments confidently. This user-focused redesign improved usability, built trust, and positioned Plenty Pay as a reliable, all-in-one finance solution.
