Mutual Trust Bank’s mobile app redesign focused on creating a smooth and intuitive banking experience that builds trust and convenience. The project aimed to unify the app’s design, simplify key workflows like fund transfers and KYC, and introduce personalized features. By blending modern UI with MTB’s brand values, the app delivers faster, clearer, and more accessible banking for all users.

Problem
The Mutual Trust Bank app faced challenges with inconsistent design, confusing navigation, and disconnected key processes. These issues led to user frustration, slow transactions, and a poor overall experience, especially impacting diverse user groups needing faster & clearer banking. Several pain points needed to be identified to improve usability and trust.

Users found fund transfer flows complicated with too many steps and no quick actions.
