ESDIAC was built to make global communication easy, affordable, and accessible for everyone. With services like international calling, eSIM data, and digital payments, the app helps people stay connected across borders. Design Monks partnered with ESDIAC to design a seamless mobile experience that simplifies connection for users worldwide.

Problem

ESDIAC had strong services, but users struggled to use them with confidence. The app experience lacked clarity, which made important features feel complicated. There were issues like poor navigation, unclear service flow, and weak visual guidance. They created confusion and slowed down key actions, affecting trust and overall user satisfaction across different regions and user types.
