Äike T is a smart and sustainable e-scooter designed for modern city riders. Our task was to create smooth buy and rent journeys on both the app and web platforms. We focused on removing confusion, simplifying plan comparisons, and aligning experiences across devices. The result is a digital ecosystem that empowers users with clarity, confidence, and greener mobility choices.

Problem

The Äike T web and mobile platforms struggled with unclear journeys and fragmented user flows. Many riders faced confusion when switching between rental and purchase paths, while inconsistent layouts across devices created trust issues. Plan and pricing details also lacked clarity, which makes it hard for users to decide quickly. These challenges highlighted the need for a unified and user-friendly experience.
