We are looking for an SEO Manager with 5+ years of hands-on experience to own our organic growth engine: strategy, content leadership, technical SEO and reporting. This is a remote, full time role at Design Monks.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit the website regularly to find SEO issues and adjust the strategy based on the data
- Develop and execute the SEO strategy to grow organic traffic and leads
- Lead and manage the content team: plan topics, write briefs, review content and set deadlines
- Optimize service pages with targeted keywords and unique, conversion-focused content
- Conduct keyword research and build topic clusters around core services
- Identify and resolve keyword cannibalization across blog and service pages
- Improve CTR on ranking pages through title, meta and content optimization
- Plan and manage high-quality link building and online review growth
- Monitor and improve technical SEO, including site speed, indexing and redirects
- Optimize pages for AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) and Bing
- Track performance with GA4 and Search Console and report progress to leadership every two weeks
