We're looking for a skilled Paid Marketing Expert to join Design Monks and help us bring in quality leads from the USA and global markets. If you love running smart ad campaigns, reading data, and turning ad spend into real business growth, we'd love to hear from you!
Requirements :
- 3+ years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns, with proven results you can show
- Strong experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation is a big plus
- Experience running campaigns for USA, UK, or other international audiences, ideally for an agency, SaaS, or B2B service business
- Solid knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API for accurate tracking
- Clear understanding of key metrics like CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rate
- Ability to plan budgets, run A/B tests, and scale what works
- Good sense of ad creatives and landing pages, and comfortable working with our designers to improve conversions
- Ability to share simple, clear weekly reports with insights and next steps
- Ability to use AI tools effectively for ad copy, audience research, reporting, and faster workflows

What will be our hiring process:
- We will shortlist candidates based on past campaign results and case studies shared in the application form.
- Shortlisted candidates will be given a test task (a short campaign plan for Design Monks).
- A final interview will take place for selection.
