Want to Be a Part of Us?

We are a growing company constantly looking for skilled and passionate people to work with. You can join us to be part of our happy Monk family.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Marketing Manager who can build and lead a results-driven marketing strategy for Design Monks. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of building marketing channels from the ground up, strong analytical and strategic skills, and the ability to turn marketing efforts into qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own the marketing strategy for Design Monks, set clear quarterly goals, and be accountable for them
  • Sharpen our positioning and messaging for US and GCC-based founders, business owners, and startup teams
  • Decide which channels we test next (paid search, paid social, YouTube, newsletters, SEO, design communities, podcasts, partnerships, marketplaces), and direct the team to execute them
  • Audit every channel we currently use and make the call on what stays and what gets cut
  • Set up proper tracking from first touch to closed deal, so we know exactly where each client came from
  • Report monthly on spend, return, and what changes next
  • Own cost per lead and cost per client by channel, and bring both down over time
  • Direct the marketing team, content, social, and design support, so campaigns ship on time
  • Work closely with business development so leads are followed up and converted
  • Manage the marketing budget with data, not guesswork

Requirements :

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, including leading or directing a team
  • Proven B2B experience in services or software, ideally selling to US or international clients
  • Proof you've built a marketing channel from zero, not maintained one someone else built
  • Strong comfort with numbers, you can build a funnel model and read analytics without help
  • Working knowledge of GA4, a CRM such as HubSpot, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, planning, and reporting
  • Comfortable presenting strategy and results directly to the founder
  • Agency or creative services background is a plus
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX or branding is a plus

Work hours & Benefits:

  1. Weekly 5 days (Mon - Fri): 9 AM- 6 PM
  2. Performance bonus tied to qualified pipeline and revenue targets
  3. All government holidays observed
  4. 15 days annual leave, 7 days sick leave
  5. Medical allowance and festival bonus
  6. Emergency loan facility for genuine needs
  7. Friendly, creative, remote-first environment

What will be our hiring process:

  • CV shortlisting
  • Task 1: Short audit of our current marketing: what's working, what isn't, what you'd fix first
  • Task 2: Loom video presenting a 90-day plan, channels you'd test and how you'd judge them
  • Final interview (strategy, communication, mindset)

Referral Bonus:

  • BDT 10,000 for each successful hire
  • Please put the referrer’s LinkedIn ID in the Google form when applying.

Design Monks team testimonial

Starting as an intern and getting promoted to Junior UI Designer at Design Monks was incredible. The mentors here are genuinely supportive and guide you through every challenge. I never felt like a beginner, and that boosted my confidence. Design Monks is a place where creativity thrives, and I’m proud to be part of it.

Saif Sarwar

UI Designer

I used to dread commuting to the office, but Design Monks changed everything. Working remotely in such a friendly environment is like a dream. Here, one fact just amazed me, intern or the CEO, everyone is treated with the same respect and warmth. In the 7 years of my career, this one is the first place where I never have to hesitate for anything.

Sabiha Sultana

Content Writer

I've managed projects in many places, but nothing compares to Design Monks. The remote setup gives me the flexibility to balance work and life, and the supportive environment ensures nothing ever feels out of reach. Everyone, from interns to the CEO, collaborates as equals.

Abid Hasan

Project Manager

Design Monks is genuinely supportive from our two founders to every teammate. I can work from anywhere, and if something urgent comes up during office hours, I can even take a quick break. We’re fully remote, but our meetups erase the distance. My teammates are the coolest friends, and the founders are the chillest buddies.

Sakib Reza Moon

UI Designer

The team's energy, the way things are managed, is so smooth, fun, and actually engaging. The founders don't act like bosses; they lead like teammates. On a personal note, I'm from a rainy hometown, and I never liked going to the office all wet. Now, I sip hot tea, watch the rain slide down the window, and feel more focused than ever.

Hafij

I was looking for a remote work opportunity, and Design Monks has truly met my expectations. The management team continuously strives to build a positive and supportive work culture. It’s inspiring to be part of an environment where collaboration and support are truly valued.

Shakila Yesmin Mitu

Being a part of Design Monks truly feels like a blessing. I get to work with amazing teammates and learn from great mentors. Also, working remotely not only saves time but also boosts productivity. For me, Design Monks isn’t just about work, it’s about being part of a team that genuinely understands the balance between freedom and responsibility.

Your Questions
Answered!

What is the work culture like at Design Monks?

Design Monks prioritizes trust, flexibility, and collaboration. We’re a remote-first team that values initiative, open communication, and mutual respect. You’ll find a supportive environment where your voice is heard, and your growth matters just as much as your work.

Does Design Monks provide mentorship for new joiners?

Yes, mentorship is a big part of our onboarding. From day one, you’ll be guided by experienced team members who are more like mentors than managers. We help you learn the ropes, grow your skills, and unlock your full potential at your own pace.

Is there room for switching roles or exploring different skills over time?

Definitely. We believe growth doesn’t always follow a straight line. If you’re curious about new skills or want to shift into another area, we’ll support your learning journey and help you explore what excites you most.

Are there any financial supports available for tools or resources needed to work remotely?

Yes. Since we’re remote by design, we make sure you’re equipped to do your best work from anywhere. That includes support for the internet, devices, necessary tools, and software so you can stay productive and connected without extra stress.

Does the company offer any kind of health or wellness support?

We genuinely care about our team’s well-being, both physical and mental. Our health allowance helps cover essential medical needs. We ensure that you and your loved ones feel supported, especially during difficult times.

What qualities or skills do you value most in potential team members?

We look for team players who are skilled, adaptable, and remote-ready. But above all, we value people who are cooperative, self-driven, and kind. If you're someone who supports others and works with care, you'll feel right at home.
