We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team, with at least 2+ years of experience, preferably in a design or creative agency.
What we expect from you!!
- Coordinate between clients, designers, and developers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Understand client requirements clearly and translate them into actionable tasks for the team
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and resources effectively
- Maintain smooth communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Track progress, identify risks early, and ensure quality in every delivery
- Conduct follow-ups, feedback sessions, and maintain detailed project documentation
- Support proposal preparation and provide clarity on project timelines and expectations
What are our requirements?
- Proven experience of 2+ years in project management (preferably in a design, creative, or tech agency)
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Notion
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design, website, and mobile app projects
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple clients and teams simultaneously
