We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager who can consistently generate and convert leads from platforms like Upwork and Dribbble. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in winning projects, strong English communication skills, and the ability to handle client interactions confidently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and apply to relevant jobs daily on Upwork and Dribbble
- Write high converting, personalized proposals
- Communicate with clients and lead initial discussions and meetings
- Maintain a consistent and strategic bidding approach
- Track proposals, responses, and conversion rates
- Manage all marketplace communications during working hours
Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience in marketplace bidding/lead generation
- Proven record of generating a minimum of $10K+ monthly revenue from marketplaces
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms and client psychology
- Ability to craft personalized proposals that convert
- Basic understanding of UI/UX, logo, and branding design
- Patient, consistent, and long-term mindset
Work Hours & Benefits
- Shift: 9 PM – 6 AM (Night Shift)
