We’re looking for a target-focused Sales Executive to lead our new sales division and close high-value design deals. You’ll build client relationships, craft winning strategies, and drive growth from the ground up.

What we expect from you!!

• 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in design, creative, SaaS, or tech industries.
• Proven track record of closing at least USD 60K in sales annually and a minimum of 15 closed projects per year.
• Ambitious individual who thrives under pressure and aims to double yearly remuneration.
• Fluent in English with exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable using CRM/ERP tools and maintaining organized sales records.
• Strong organizational skills with focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
• Able to work flexible hours to accommodate global client needs.
• Fast communicator who can confidently sell concepts, visions, and future outcomes, creating win-win scenarios.
• Strategic thinker who thrives in a build-from-scratch environment and aims to grow into a future Head of Sales.
• Highly self-driven and able to work independently under performance metrics.

• Report weekly sales activity and results to management.
• Work closely with management to create, implement, and refine sales strategies and SOPs.
• Develop and deliver business and sales plans aligned to agency goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences and long-term relationships.
• Attend customer meetings to understand requirements, prepare proposals, and close deals.
• Be personally accountable for your sales closures.
• Ensure timely, accurate responses to customer requests.
• Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
• Conduct client presentations tailored to prospect needs.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to align client and company goals.
• Manage existing accounts, strengthen relationships, and explore upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Track progress via CRM and generate sales reports.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market opportunities.
