We are looking for an experienced and visionary Creative Director to join our team, with at least 5+ years of experience in design leadership, preferably in a creative or digital agency.
What we expect from you!!
- Lead and inspire our design team to deliver high-quality, visually engaging projects
- Shape creative direction across landing pages, web apps, and mobile apps
- Ensure brand consistency and strong UX/UI principles across all deliverables
- Mentor designers and provide guidance on creative decisions
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining a cohesive and high-impact design vision
- Collaborate with founders, clients, and cross-functional teams
- Use Figma expertly, including prototyping; illustration and AI-assisted design skills are a plus
- Track progress, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain quality across all work
What are our requirements?
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the creative/design field, with at least 2 years leading a team
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, digital, and product design expertise
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Expertise in Figma and familiarity with modern design workflows
- Ability to manage multiple projects and guide a team efficiently
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬:
- Initially we will sort your work based on your portfolio.
- Then we will conduct a technical review session to understand your creative thinking.
- After that there will be another technical review session with the team.
- Finally we will move to the offering stage for the selected candidate.
